Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using CampusMint ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service Description

CampusMint provides a cloud-based education management platform for managing student records, admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, and institutional communications. The specific modules and features available depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Institution administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CampusMint only for lawful purposes related to educational institution management. You may not:

• Use the platform to store data unrelated to educational management.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other institutions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Use the platform in ways that could harm, disable, or impair our services.

Data Ownership

Your institution retains ownership of all data entered into CampusMint. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan and billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a data export and delete your data within 90 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusMint's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your subscription.
