Institutional data: student records, attendance, fee transactions, academic data, and communications entered by authorized users of your institution.

Technical information: browser type, device information, and IP address for security and troubleshooting.

How We Use Information

To provide and maintain the CampusMint platform.
To authenticate users and enforce access controls.
To generate reports and analytics for your institution.
To send service-related communications (system updates, security alerts).
To improve our platform based on aggregate usage patterns.

Data Ownership

Your institution owns all data entered into CampusMint. We are a data processor acting on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your institutional data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, and access controls. For more details, see our Security page.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you terminate your subscription, we provide a data export and delete your data within 90 days of account closure, unless required by law to retain it longer.

Your Rights
