How is pricing determined after the free period?

A simple plan that scales with your institution's size and the modules you use. We discuss the exact number with you directly, once you've seen CampusMint save you time — no obligation.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee. We handle initial configuration, data import and staff training in person as part of onboarding.

What about online payment charges?

Online payments are optional. If you enable them, the payment gateway's transaction fee applies — that's billed by the gateway, not an extra CampusMint charge.

What if we want to leave?

Your data is always yours. You can export your students, attendance and fees to Excel at any time. No lock-in.
