CampusMint is college management software built specifically for Indian colleges. It handles the day-to-day operations — attendance, fees collection, online admissions, exam results, study materials, assignments, and announcements — through one connected platform. There are separate portals for admins, professors, and students, plus an Android app. It's designed to be simple enough that professors actually use it, and affordable enough for small and mid-size institutions.

Nine core modules: (1) Attendance — mark 60 students in about 10 seconds, (2) Fees & Online Payments — fee structures, online collection via UPI/card, automatic receipts, (3) Online Admissions — public application portal with document uploads, (4) Exam Results & Grading — marks entry, SGPA/CGPA, grade sheets, (5) Study Materials — share PDFs and notes organized by subject, (6) Assignments — create, collect, and grade submissions, (7) Announcements — push notifications to students, (8) Academic Structure — departments, courses, classes, subjects, (9) Reports — attendance trends, fee summaries, and data exports.

Right now, we're running a free pilot program for colleges. During the pilot, you get full access to every module at no cost — that includes platform setup, data import, and staff training. After the pilot, pricing is straightforward and based on your student count. No hidden charges, no lock-in contracts. We designed pricing for real Indian college budgets, not enterprise IT departments.

Simple. Fill out the pilot request form on our homepage. We reach out within 24 hours to understand your college's structure: departments, programs, student count, academic year. Then we handle everything — configuring the platform, importing your existing data, setting up fee structures, and training your staff. You don't need to prepare anything technical. If the platform works for your college, continue using it. If it doesn't, walk away — no awkward conversations, no invoices.

Admins define fee structures (tuition, lab fees, exam fees, etc.) for each academic year and program. Fees can be split into installments with due dates. Students pay online through UPI or card via our Cashfree integration — directly from the student app or web portal. The system generates receipts automatically after each payment. The admin dashboard shows a clear picture: who has paid, who hasn't, total collections, and outstanding amounts. It replaces the spreadsheet tracking that most colleges still rely on.

Your college gets its own admissions portal at admission.campusmint.app. Prospective students visit the portal, fill out the application form, upload required documents (marksheets, ID proof, photos), and submit. Your admissions team reviews applications from the admin dashboard — they can filter, shortlist, approve, or reject. Once admitted, a student's data flows directly into the academic system. No paper forms getting lost. No re-entering data into separate systems.

A dedicated Parent Portal is in development and expected to launch in mid-2026. It will allow parents to log in (via OTP linked to their ward's profile) and view attendance records, fee payment status, exam results, and college announcements — all read-only, so they stay informed without needing to call the college office. We'll announce it as soon as it's ready.

CampusMint uses a default-present system. When a professor opens attendance for a class, every student is marked present. The professor just taps the students who are absent. For 60 students with, say, 5 absent, you're done in about 10 seconds. It works on the professor's phone, right in the classroom. No laptop needed. No register. No calling out names one by one.

Yes. The CampusMint Android app is available for direct download from our website. Students use it to check attendance, access study materials, submit assignments, view exam results, pay fees, and get push notifications. Professors use it for marking attendance and uploading materials. The app requires Android 7.0 or higher and works well even on slower connections. College admins manage most things from the web dashboard.

Usually 1 to 3 working days from when we first speak. After the pilot form, we schedule a call to understand your college's departments, programs, and academic year. We then set everything up: configure the platform, import student and faculty data, and set up fee structures. A 30-60 minute training session gets admins and professors ready. Most colleges are fully operational within a week of that first conversation.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Each college has its own isolated database — your data is completely separate from other institutions. Role-based access controls ensure that admins, professors, and students only see what they're supposed to. Automated backups run daily. The platform runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with monitoring and audit logging.

WhatsApp support directly with the founder — not a ticket system, not a chatbot. You message, someone who can actually address the issue responds. We typically get back within a few hours. Pilot colleges get hands-on support for anything that comes up: configuration changes, data questions, usage guidance. We care about the platform working in practice, not just in theory.
